Re: Using Toyota/Subaru, places like the POC and BMWCCA use the manufacturer's name. Maybe they just have to get permission first?

Not that there would be confusion between the two, but that is technically taken...

Not sure if this matters at all, just throwing it out there. I guess in today's world, every acronym is probably taken!

All this talk of subiyota and toyobaru is pointless. Do you honestly think anyone would even know what it meant? Shiet, FT86 owners club would be more accurate.

**faceplam**

FRS/BRZ Owner's Club of America

FBOCA......BFOCA

hmm... wait a sec. I think I'm onto something.

Front-engine Rear wheel drive Sport... FR-S

Boxer Rear wheel drive Zenith... BRZ

FRZSOC? lol... Front (engine) Rear (wheel drive) Zenith Sport Owners Club

or FRZOC Front engine Rear wheel drive Zenith Owner's Club.

FRZ or BFRZS ... we need one name for both FR-S/BRZ......

Another is BR-S: Boxer Rear wheel drive Sport . . . . most accurate description of the platform. No other RWD boxers out there. And it shares 2/3 letters of both BRZ and FR-S.

This is still happening guys. There isn't a whole lot to do until the cars are here, and more importantly, until the first few events.

Long time follow up.

I have spoken with Dave about this previously. I am not in a position to head this up anymore due to new work related obligations.

This is open to pick up the ball for anyone who is interested in taking over.
