Very tempted to give autoX a shot but also a bit intimidated...
What's the experience like for those of you who've done this?

I felt the same way last year and now Im addicted to autox. Just for the fun (not really worried about trying to win a trophy).

I suggest you try and come out with a few other 86 people this way you can hang with people you either know or at least have something in comon with.

Another big reason id suggest you go autox is to learn the dynamics of the 86 and to learn more car control. Seat time is the only way to learn and hell the worse thing you can do is hit a cone or 2 :p.

I believe most of us have school/work M-F so there lies the problem. Once summer hit the meet will probably be pushed back later into the evenings due to the heat so hopefully you can make it.

I wouldn't mind changing the time if we can find another spot since the days been changed to Saturday instead. I think there's a meet that goes on at night at the same place to. So if we can search around and find a good spot I'll change the time if people agree to it. I know it would probably bring out a few more people who work on the weekends as well.

Or...

...we could just have a meet at my work :P

I have a huge parking lot, an indoor cafe to eat in, and stuff for folks to shop for.
