I just discovered this week via the owner's manual that the gas tank door has little hooks to hold the gas tank cap while you fill up, instead of letting it dangle down where it can touch and rub on the paint...

Pretty cool feature that I had never noticed on my own and in the past I always try to avoid having it scratch the paint... Good thing I was bored and re-reading the owner's manual.

I never knew this and I love you. :happy0180:

I should really RTFM cover to cover.

I've always known about this, but as an aside it drives me OCD bonkers when I accidentally knock the gas cap out of it's perch with the fuel nozzle when moving between the filler and pump.

Ya, I'm weird.

The stock hood is as light or lighter than most of the carbon fiber options out there, sans dry carbon which costs like $2k. Pretty sure the trunk is also aluminum.

I saw in the manual that there is a rev warning light with sound that can be adjusted from the display settings in the dash.

Why I don't ride bikes - this motorcycle forum actually has a whole subforum devoted to the recently departed...

Every car I own (Chevy/Honda/Ford/Scion) has this feature.

Yep, @Ishii Motors is selling a kit that includes the the correct harness to activate the lights. It's on my list to do at some point.

Just discovered yesterday by accident - there is a button in the truck (driver side) which will turn off the trunk opening buttons on your keys and within the interior. You can still open the truck with the physical key at the truck lid.

When I first drove mine home this was activated so I had to discover the button by necessity.

This post (and Replies) simply confirms

my opinion that many BRZ/FRS drivers may have the great judgement to buy a fun car... but didn't take 30 minutes of their life to simply read the Owner's Manual

So, in keeping with the theme of this post... my contribution is..

WOW!! I just found out the cup holder can be positioned forwards or backwards.... AWESOME!
