- While getting gas, saw this guy on his bike waiting for lights to turn green suddenly made a u-turn, parked beside me and complimented how he loved the car

- At another gas station, the mechanic saw the car and came starting asking about the twins. then called his dad who's was working on another car and had a nice conversation

- Lots of thumbs ups and neck-breakers

- Today, a chick left a piece of paper on my windshield saying that she really likes the car and she has a brz too then ends it with her instagram page on the bottom....on that note, my flight leaves in 5 hours. arghhhhhhhh!

a hemi, aka toyota developed technology lol well not really developed, but they were the first to actually use it in almost all of their engines back in the 60's, companies like ford and such had them offered as "upgrades"

So I had a cop pull up to me this morning when I was getting out of my car and I thought I was going to get in trouble for some random reason... but instead he just asked me about my car and told me how awesome it looked.

Was backing out of my parking spot in this grass area (was at a conservation park), and a little kid, maybe about two or three years old was eating popcorn. The child was walking beside his mother and sister, and the kid's head was locked-onto my car. He started walking backwards while shoving popcorn in his mouth and just stopped to watch me as I slowly backed out. By then his family was pretty far ahead and they stopped to see what he was doing.

Never had anyone stare at my car the way that kid did. He's gonna grow up loving cars for sure...

Whole thing lasted like a minute.

the other day i was sitting in my driveway waiting for ups truck to deliver some car parts. the guy parks and hands me a package and looks at my brz and his jaw just drops. he goes "is that your car?" i tell him yea and tell him its a subaru. all he says is "damn thats a mean looking subaru dude" and gets back in the truck and drives away haha

Pulled up to church Sunday morning and parked. Fellow there said, "That's a pretty cool looking car...", we talked about hp, my Phantom Electric Supercharger, etc...

He then said, "That's mine over there" and pointed to a lifted, black Ford 3/4 ton... and followed that with, "It's got 700 hp and 1100 ft/lb of torque. Mustangs pull up beside me and try to run me. The result is pretty funny."

Pulled up to the ATM to get some weekend funds and a man came up to me and said "Sweet car bro, It looks really good. Didn't know subaru made cars like that" then proceeded to walk past me and get into a SL 63 amg. Dude was like mid 40s

I was waiting to pick up my gf from college, and as I pulled up beside the curb, there were two high-school looking kids sitting on a bench. Their jaws dropped. I could see their mouths moving "what car is that" and just stare in awe. To top things off, a car was passing me by slowly as I was parked, and I just hear "holy s**t" and see a high-school kid just eye-banging the car. I had my window down, so I just said "thank you" with a Jeremy Clarkson-like smug face and the kid got embarrassed.
