Another armrest thread about armrests that make the center cupholder area useless. Frustrating, there's no reason an armrest has to nullify that portion of the console.

I am disappoint.

I bought one - looks like the one at the top of the thread (made by Zeta Products, Inc) for $60- on Amazon and I love it. I have had it since Christmas and it is holding up perfectly. I can cover both cup holders or just one (although it's not quite as stable when only using one cup holder- still works very well) but it was worth every penny. I highly recommend it.... Zeta's website has pictures of all the ways you can use it. Even if you are using both cup holders, if you turn it the right way, you can utilize the back portion of the center console to hold your phone, keys, etc. I can post pix of it this way if anyone wants - let me know!

This is the best one IMO. It's completely flush and is actually designed for the car, considering this is an actual Toyota part. The other ones provide a place for your arm to rest but they don't do a very good job of it and they look very out of place by not covering the entire console.
How much did you get yours for, and from where?

I'll repeat: it sure give the interior a nice completed look.
I didn't get notified on your mention. Just saw this post.

I don't like the color on this picture, but well, its very similar to this but the color is exactly matching the interior, pattern and stitching in the car.

It's just resting in place, not bolt or anything like that.

BUT, I am not a vendor in the site anymore so I CANT sell the armrest here.

My friend still makes them and sells them locally and for order.

With a car that is wanting for interior space there must always be a compromise. In this case the lid must always be open when using the cup holders (passenger's or driver's) for their intended purpose. Yes, there is a cup holder in each door but they are very inconvenient. I cannot visualize going on a long trip with a drinking container in the cup holder and the lid being always in the open position.

Answering the original question... I got it from zeta products and I like it. When I need both cup holders, I just toss the whole armrest in the backseat. I think that works for me for the price. YMMV.
