He was pulling forward and hit it with the bumper with a raised 2004 Dodge Ram 2500hd. Oh he's paying, no doubt. I see the adjuster tomorrow.

That is an expensive panel to replace.... Trust me.... lol. I bet it will be at least a 4 grand fix to look new again. Or even more.
