IMO so much easier/cheaper? to have a single piece of pipe with modular bends, than have to section weld several pieces of pipe together to get the best flow + angle. Id assume that down pipes take a bit longer to make because of that, thus more expensive?

That was my guess. It's just annoying that a small little connector pipe costs almost half as much as a full cat back system....

Some pics of vehicles I regularly interact with. Order of vehicles:
1. 1956 Pontiac Star Chief Convertible
2. 1957 Ford Fairlane Convertible (we believe that a previous owner took a hardtop and made it a convertible....idk why either)
3. 1960 Morris Minor Pickup, affectionately named "Moggy Truck" 1 of 1200 or so imported to North America in left hand drive, although we could convert it to RHD in probably an hour lol.
4. And finally my first truck, the Ford Ranger on the left, which was rolled in 2003. My stepdad and I cut off the roof, had the lift kit installed, I did the camo job, and the flatbed was made for it. Next step for it is a locker and a rollcage to make it a prerunner On the right is my first real vehicle, a 2004 Nissan Titan that's been in the family since new. Lots of memories in this truck. enjoy!

That truck has gotten more air than 80% of the "prerunners" in california that you see driving around. I wail the crap out of it and it keeps running with the locker it'll be basically unstoppable, right now it's basically 1 wheel drive lol. clutch is going out too, but whatev :p I'm thinking about fashioning my own snorkel using the stock tubing. Basically this is the truck I get to do stupid stuff to and not really care oh, and you should've seen the condition that titan was in when I got it...all I can say is that the paint no longer looks matte lol...

I wanted to experiment a little with different positions in the car for filming video. I forgot that I had my GoPro camera set on picture burst mode, so I got home and had a ton of pictures instead of a video. So I decided to make the best of my mistake and just make a .gif file. And also make it my avatar

Thanks! I was thinking the same thing after I made this haha. Maybe I'll do something like that after I'm finished breaking in the motor. Only about 450 miles on it so far.
