Definitely been and still am a little concerned about that.

Btw, I think my maf wasn't on/seated/sealed/flat/flush lol properly last time with the CELs, I've reflashed and have been driving it relatively soft and there's still a lil bog, but haven't tripped any CELs yet. Gonna WOT once I get to 50 miles.

Its normal, and good. We have electronically controlled camshafts that are adjusted depending on RPM and throttle input to help with power, torque, and efficiency. Most modern engines use some type of variable camshaft design today.

So... I was interested in this but after reading everyone's problems with this conversion do you guys think it is worth it? From what I am reading you have to deform the frame a little bit to fit the tubing and seems like a lot of people are having issues or CELs.

yeah you have to bend some metal, but its not structural at all, and you can't notice it. One person has reported a cel, and can't confirm that its from this mod. 2 people have confirmed that it solved all/most issues with the intake...I won't go back to stock.

Just do it this way

buy this and use a hack saw and cut it to fit..

Then use your creativity and shop for another 3.5" 90 degree tube and two 3.5" silicone holders and everything else that you will need.

I had Advanced Auto order it for me. I got it cheap though, so maybe you could try online.

I had this done today,I have to say it's work, we just to cut the pipe, and bring down that frame to make it fit, plus all that bumper fun, I don't want to discourage anyone but you need to have some skills for this. On that note, soooooooooo worth it!
