GeeTee - The new back lights looks super at night... will be sure to check them out on Sunday in the daylight well...

And a bit of advice to those who haven't been on that skidpan before - get ready to wash your car as you get home - you'll find the rubber is everywhere!

So how was it guys?

I hung around for an hour and got bored just watching. BTW, where was the advanced driving instructor? I just saw people going out onto the skid pan and not getting feedback before their next run.

It was too much of fun!
The cars are absolutely brilliant! The instructors explained everything and then you could ask them to come with you if you wanted them. Long day but seriously brilliant!

Oh yah! What a fun day...!

Yip, the instructors were there the whole day... First they did an explanation of the exercise which was very informative, and then they performed a demo... which after everyone had a chance to go on their own then.
Instructors were there to "use" at your own discretion as much as you needed...

Was fortunate enough to get a spin in one of the 86’s – BRILLIANT!!

Hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did…?

I will post some pics later on today...

P.S. The winner of the timed gymkhana at the end of the day was a lady in a 1.3 Yaris…!!

Was the gymkhana also setup on the skippan? If, so it would explain why the Yaris won.

Yep, the gymkhana was set up on the skidpan and the FWD hatches owned us on it.

I saw you there @tm86, you brought your gf with in the black 86 and left shortly afterwards. Only knew it was you after you posted the pics of your car in the other thread. Next time come say hi to us

That was the plan @Mike Hoxbig but most of the guys were already in their cars queued up for their runs.

My car is dark grey

There was a black 86 there... it had condensation in the tail lights
