At this point doesn't matter (good job on the speed holes ) but for the benefit of anyone else, when re-installing the bumper beam with the intercooler, have a friend hold it as high as possible while you bolt it down. It has some play up and gives some space for that lower panel.

I actually jacked the intercooler up and then tightened it down. The Full Blown instructions call for drilling out the 8 holes that mount the bumper beam and drilling out the holes on the bumper beam that the intercooler mounts to. I would be interested in seeing the "speed holes" you cut.

It ain't pretty but you can't see them. Basically I cut out the portion of the black plastic undertray that touches the intercooler. The second plastic (the thin one) is still whole.
