There aren't "issues", but it is a very tight fit, and you need to make sure you have all the pipes and clamps in the right position. I think it is easier on an FR-S than a BRZ.

I had lots of fun putting the front end of the car together. I had taken it apart two weeks before, so I played with parts literally for half an hour before finally figuring out which way they go... And yes, it is a really tight fit!
