I can understand them putting them and offering them on the standard FRS because they can run as led drl, why put em on the 10 series.

I wish there was a stripper model. I don't car much for options other than A/C and cruise control.
Wow, so I guess we should all want what you want then...you can't let people be excited about their cars...jeezus

What's wrong with having different versions of cars? Performance, luxury, stripped down, a variety of trim levels/variations should be represented. Hopefully they'll offer a stripper FRS model for you like they did with Tc a few years back....and then we can laugh at you with your steelie wheels with plastic hubcaps...

Good for you, I like having HID's and Dual climate control... but then again, you probably don't know anything about luxury driving a 22 year old car

Actually I was about to fall for the 2014 lexus IS250 this very weekend. The dealer called and told me that they had just arrived. I love what they did to it ( suspension, interiors and headlights) but i just can get over the driving feel of the frs and the IS 350 is out of my budget. Honestly, if I have to choose between luxury and performance, id choose performance every time. Now with that being said, if the frs were 20k more expensive, drove like it does now but offered the is's interiors, that would def be a no brainer to me.

about a year ago i was looking to buy the new remodeled IS thinking it was gonna be for the 2013, ive been waiting since end of 2011! november 2012 came by and still no word on the new IS so i started shopping for other cars.
-2013 GS was not that much more expensive compared to the is350 F Sport
-2013 FRS, nice little sports car thats cheap $$
went with the GS because i wanted a big luxury car haha
bought the FRS last monday to replace my daily driver 2007 camry

saw the new IS today and it looks pretty good, ill have to see the interior, few people said that the GS interior is way better material wise

You will be impressed. They did a great job in the interior of that car.

I also drive a GS!! Its a GS 430 MY 2005. Its my daily driver and I must say I absolutley love it! I do get bored in it though, sometimes you just want to step on it rather than ride a really comfortable cloud. It does have grunt though, but the gear change is so lax and the throttle response is so laggy that I rarley bother to do spirited driving sesions... I feel old lol and im 26

That's what I hate about lexus cars... they feel like you're on a cloud with very little feedback... I rather drive my beat to shit 530 than drive my mothers GS 350...

Would of also been nice if the IS250 came with an updated engine like the 2.0 T rumored to be developed for the NX being debuted late this year, likely in concept form first at the Tokyo Auto show, then production model next year.

FYI all, Longo just got a few of their 10 series in this past week. I saw one 10 series FR-S in their back parking lot as well as a 10 series TC when my hubby and I were being driven via golf cart to look at the 10 series XB in the giant parking structure. Color changed slightly in the sunlight as we drove by - looked great!
