Hmmm... McLaren did say they were building an "affordable" car right? (like in Porsche 911 territory?) I can't stop drooling over the exquisite engineering that is the MP4-12C and the F1. Waiting to see what they do in the future, because the 12C certainly has a bit of room to grow...

It's actually pretty cool, but you have to take lots of notes and do a lot of readings...

In this day and age, wouldn't it better just to record the class and only take important notes? It's been a while since last time I was in a class but back then we thought of recording the class using *tape recorder* as well...

Unless the prof has a no-recording policy.

If I were to just record the class, I would just end up sleeping through class and then never going back through the recording later.

Writing notes keeps me engaged and helps me remember the material. I don't even bring my computer to class to take notes, because I know I would just end up doing something else. So it's just a notebook and a pencil for me...

Also, I know the LFA isn't the fastest, or the best feeling Supercar. And it's absurdly too expensive because it's far too complicated, BUT

I STILL LOVE IT.

Recording is meant for a backup in case you realize that you did not catch the notes properly, but to each of their own.

@Dimman
Someone did a 1NZ swap into the MR2 Spyder already :O
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuprPEhF2Ic"]How to make an engine adapter plate Toyota 1nz engine to c6x transmission - YouTube[/ame]
He used a C60 trans though, I think it would've been easier to use something that bolted to the 1NZ directly. Of course, 5 speeds are less desirable. I think he had it turboed to 200hpish and then blew the motor. But at least he's got all the custom stuff intact.
