I don't even bother with valve stem caps. I don't even have em on my racing set and iirc only ones that have em is winter sets to keep those salts building up

I always get annoyed by the guys that throw "Just a feeler. Is anybody interested in buying my XXX?" in the middle of a thread. Don't know why it bothers me (not like I haven't thrown something in the middle of a thread a time or two) but for some reason it irks me.

Technically no. It's within the member classified rule/warning.

Harsh? Not really. If you say that, mods do a lot of work & some mods take their vacation/sleep/family time to help members out... In return is all the shit saying mods aren't doing their jobs & other crap, now that's harsh. We don't get paid to be a mod FYI & work longer/harder than 40hrs a wk.

There's a fine line between trolling thread and serious thread. This thread is 200% troll thread, I don't take anything seriously here. Hell, you can troll me all you want and you won't get banned... as long as you don't break forum rule

To myself and others (I hope) the entertainment, camaraderie and interaction (albeit by written word) with people that enjoy like interests are more important than knowing how much Joe Blow paid for his car in Butfuck Arkansas.
Threads like this and the occasional derailment of totally ludicrous threads in the General section provide an opportunity for some to blow off some steam and have some fun. You must have noticed that we usually leave the Tech and Sales subs alone since they serve other purposes and usually (not always) add value for somebody.
I read the tech threads everyday but it is a rare occasion when I speak up there unless I have something real to add to the conversation. I can not however imagine the forum would last long if everybody was as serious as they are on those threads though. We may make bad jokes and even get pissed off at some asshat once in a while but some of those guys in the tech threads can be down right nasty (the turbo threads have been interesting of late).
If you want to see what happens to a Forum when the entertainment value disappears just head over to just about any Evo forum that ruled they would permit serious talk only. I am not sure any of them even still exist.
