I've had the situation come up where the traction control light on the dash lights up without the ABS being applied to a wheel. No vibration that time.

Once I got used to driving the car, the ABS thing stopped, except very occasionally. I guess it likes my driving better now...

I remember way back in time when I drove my first car with ABS and had to do a panic stop in the snow. Scared the living crap out of me as I had zero clue the car had ABS much less what the expected result would be.

I think I am addicted to that new car smell....

Not going to lie, might try and find a bottle of spray and use it once a month.

It's been upper 70's to mid 80's since I've bought the car and the heat amplifies the smell.

Ahhhh yes. There is nothing like the release of multiple toxic gases from new carpet and plastic to make people love their new cars. (I like it too by the way)

Armor All multipurpose auto cleaner spray. It smells exactly like new car plastic. However, I'm told that Armor All will dry out vinyl and make it crack after a while. Maybe keep a small plastic cutting board under your seat and spray it down once in a while.

Thanks! If I really do want to keep that smell, I'll use the cutting board idea and stick it in the trunk or something. Maybe it'll permeate through the backseats to the rest of the car.

In other news, I went to go take a break in my car as I usually do during lunch time. Walked over to the driver's side and saw a slew of bird crap dotting the car. All over the hood, roof, windshield, and driver's side. Rushed back in for my water bottle and began to do makeshift cleaning. That was fun.

I'm convinced that if I didn't drive a car all of the birds in the greater metro Atlanta area would die of constipation.
