How are u that close to 500 tq. Our cars make more hp then tq and ur not even there. I feel lik i missed a milestone

FX400 rated to 425 flywheel torque (called and specifically asked them)....

20 psi map 471 WTQ, (adding 18% drivetrain loss =555 Flywheel torque)

17 psi map 383 WTQ (adding 18% drivetrain loss = 452 Flywheel torque)

555>452>425....

Makes more sense now?

Clutchmasters does not rate any clutch by torque numbers... they do a very ambiguous rating of X % amount increase of holding capacity... (FX400 is rated at 170% hold increase).

I called and asked point blank, it is 425 FW TQ. They haven't claimed 500 anywhere.

o ok. thats just what i saw online everywhere. i need to get on a dam dyno so i can figure out what i need. I'm afraid to launch on hi boost :/

Go ahead and steal it, the clutch is bolted to motor hahaha.

CM has a twin disk for our cars too. FX725. Retails for around $1300, can be had for cheaper.
