A those PSI your issue should be proper fuel pump install.

make sure u have the right amount of o rings too...

I believe I used the spacer + 2 o-rings, since I followed these instructions: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41770

I guess I'll have to pull out the pump and double check. @DeliciousTuning is my tuner. I've sent him the logs, but he hasn't had a chance to review them yet.

Do you see the fuel pressure drop at the time it goes lean in the logs?

That's clear sign of problem with FP.
