Injection limitation in the stock rom. Not much is known about what exactly happens internally within the code to cause it, but suffice to say there is a hard limit that needs to be overcome.

And yes, Speed Density + E85. 6.2 psi was fine, but 9.2 psi leaned out horribly, according to the Ecutek log (up to 17:1). Can be seen on the dyno chart too, where torque falls off after 6000 RPM. Red = 6.2 psi, Green = 9.2 psi, Blue = NA

A those PSI your issue should be proper fuel pump install.

make sure u have the right amount of o rings too...

I believe I used the spacer + 2 o-rings, since I followed these instructions: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41770

I guess I'll have to pull out the pump and double check. @DeliciousTuning is my tuner. I've sent him the logs, but he hasn't had a chance to review them yet.

Do you see the fuel pressure drop at the time it goes lean in the logs?

That's clear sign of problem with FP.
