I have video of a SpecE30 race that I won at Sebring that says differently. I qualified front row at Road Atlanta for a SpecE30 race that says differently as well. The Toyo RA1 works amazing in the rain.

I'm sure some tires are better than others. It's not something I would do, especially considering every time it rains there's a ton of standing water on the roads around here. Racetracks are also far better maintained than public roads.

I am just saying you can't throw all R comps into the same category. Just like you can't look at a Toyo RA1 and a Hoosier A6 and say they will perform the same in the rain.

I run Hoosiers in winter - they're excellent at carving through the snow.

The reality is that R comps are meant for track days and race tracks not drag racing anyways. They have stiffer sidewalls and you want a nice soft flexible sidewall for drag racing. You really should look into a true drag radial or "street tire" like a MT ET street. I mean it never rains or snows in SoCal.

Installed FBM 485 Walbro pump kit and

Injector Dynamics 1000cc injectors.

No more taking pump/injectors to the edge...

MOAR boost coming soon.
