He obviously didn't mind being a **** sometimes, but I went back and searched the last dozen or so posts he made and didn't see anything that was ban worthy. Maybe someone was really offended when he called that grey and neon green BRZ ugly.

He broke some rules and was disrespectful to some members in more than 3 occasions. Those posts/threads have been deleted. But lets move on shall we...id rather not have us focus on someones mistakes as if we are trying to make him as an example.

Simple rules; play nice.

anywho lets talk about how hawt red ichi is now that hes leveled up

We can stay for as long as we are willing to help the community flourish and grow, regardless if we own the car or not.

As for me im in the market for the MY2014-2015 BRZ hopefully an STi model.

One last post on the subject before moving on. Is there any way you guys can consider editing posts with a moderator warning rather than simply deleting them? Something along the lines of, "This post violates the TOU, the user has been warned/banned -Moderating Team". The posts disappearing are what causes these questions to come up. Maybe I'm in the minority, but if there's at least visual record that someone committed an offense it doesn't seem as random or biased when these issues come up.

I agree here. It gets confusing sometimes with missing posts that sometimes survive in quotes.

I was confused when one of my posts got deleted a while ago with no explanation from Hachi at the time. (With regards to the location of Toyota HQ in Aichi.)

Iv had plenty of my posts deleted by Hachi in the past, and its usually just easier to prune/clean up threads especially with a new and smaller community.

But as we grow bigger and becomes regulars and long time posters, so should our understanding of our own behavior. So you guys are right, when i mod thread and posts i should make you aware of you have violated TOU so you can know not to do it again.

Doing it this way is more work for us, but now that we have moderators on the site we can spread the work more efficiently. Thanks guys for the suggestion.

I'm also a fan (and use this feature on the forum I admin) of deletion notifications. In my systems case, it's automatic, but it's nice to see that a post was edited/deleted and why. I understand why some of mine were deleted because they contained quotes of others whose posts were deleted, but it would be nice to know when/why it happens. I don't think I break enough rules to be too affected though

You guys should also keep a running score of Bravia deletions. To see which one of you are the better mod. Heh.

I'd watch that even though I don't watch any Survivor show crap on tv.

k so like I stated before to make a sticky about the rules, I guess it's just:

1. Don't troll
2. Don't advertise unless permissions are granted
3. Don't diss members/be a douche

Yeah no Sticky for that lol pretty sure it's common sense
