+1 Usually you should be safe as long as you're not a tool. (not referring to you specifically) However, it would be nice to have a written up TOU in order to refer to.

For everyone's info, it wasn't me. I won't be banning any member unless spam & warmed few times. Even though very tempting to ban all those STi Blah blah blah... But if I do, I think Hachi will ban me instead lol

Also we currently have one simple rule in this forum "respect". As long as have respect & talk/debate/argue, Hachi haven't ban any other reasons... & most of the old members that got banned are usually temporary thing & Hachi usually give them another chance (recent example, Dragon).
