Chances are good... if you live in Japan or can import the JDM model.

Very old joke:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brookly...l_significance

Quote:
"References to "selling the Brooklyn Bridge" abound in American culture, sometimes as examples of rural gullibility but more often in connection with an idea that strains credulity."
Basically an old swindle saying "Hey you can own this very bridge here for the low low price of ONE MILLION DOLLARS!"

Because you're acting in such a way that people think you will be easy to take advantage of.

Haha, I see.
Waiting for what's to come next model year doesn't mean I'm easily taken advantage of, but all it takes is a single sentence from a forum post I guess

Hey, I wonder if any of you guys would know this: weren't they only supposed to bring 6,000 BRZ's to North America in the first year? A friend of mine just got a VIN very close to #6,000. If I ordered mine at the end of February, think I'll still get a '13MY?

The only thing that has me hesitant to wait for a '14 (besides my extreme impatience) is the rumor that they're going to add TGV's.

I don't see how a high speed French train is going to help this car, let alone how they'd fit it in...

Seriously though, what does TGV mean in this context? Bing and Wikipedia are failing me here... most reasonable thing they came up with was Tequila, Gin, and Vodka, which just sounds gross.

That number was the published line early in the game, but there was an update late in last year regarding an increase. Of course we all know for most auto manufacturers, when they say early in production that a model will be limited, what they really mean is, limited to as many as they can sell......
