Forget about it lol

Yes I agree, fiber will slow down the insulin release. Not only fiber but also fat and protein will help in slowing it down. You can mix them all together but I dont know how much it slows the release down by.

Maybe this is why brown rice does not make me crash while white rice does. I will test this theory by eating white rice with fiber ( I have fiber in powder form.. i got it for free so dont ask lol). I will tell you how it goes, I will probably do it tomorrow night b4 i hit the gym.

But when I check my weight after I ate I was +1 lbs... not bad. Hopefully I can loose all those that I ate in 2 days

Lean down to my track weight-around 147-150lbs than build up to a solid 160-165lbs. AKA burn all the fat by doing a lot of cardio than building up by lifting more.Which means after the next 2 days ill have to start cooking for myself again. Oh, and since no one has posted a starting point picture here is mine in my current state. Don't mind the gloves i was cleaning.

oh anyone recommend a cheap diet?

Yessir, it's where I used to order my supplements before I went natural. Well, mostly natural. I still use a post-workout protein powder

I'm 5'11" 165 lbs., but I would rather have another 15-20 lbs. of muscle. I think I'll be fine in the FR-S .

I had a bad breakfast at 7:00 but I rode my bike to the gym and back which is about 10 mi. and I worked on legs for about 45 minutes. I had a protein shake before and after the gym and drank a bunch of water. Tonight I am going to go out to eat with the folks so that probably wont be great but overall a good day.

Except that your metabolism goes to shit.

Really though, the best diet is simple portion control.
