Think i am more worried about the installer making a mess crawling around in the back seat trying to install on the back window..

I didn't even bother to ask my tint installer how the heck they dealt with the auto-roll down window.. but I've had no peeling/bubbling issues after several months.
Just make sure your tint is installed by someone who offers LIFETIME guarantee against peeling/fading/bubbling and you'll be set!
