man I would love to drive with you guys, though I'm technically not part of the norcal group, but I go to school up there.

my friend and I actually went up to mt Hamilton to the observatory once, love the road but it's somewhat scary. those 100feet fall with no guards.. I'll probably catch up with you guys when I'm back school again in early September... looking forward to meet you all

Depending on which side you going up Mt Hamilton. When u look over to at the passenger seat at the edge all you see is just air. I was thinking if my passenger were to open the door it'll be one big fall. Overall beautiful drive.

yes you definitely need to take care going up to the observatory. If you've never gone down the other side of the mountain, that is one of the most amazing drives ... my favorite.

The calendar link is in my sig. At the 86DRIVE site we try to track all the NorCal events so that anyone can just go there and see what's happening at a glance.

If someone wants to suggest a new route for our Sat July 6 DRIVE I'm all ears.

For this Saturday June 29th DRIVE I am thinking Mines Rd or Tesla. Let's plan to meet at the Starbucks in Livermore @ 7AM. Roll out by 7:15 AM.

Starbucks Coffee
2050 Portola Ave, Livermore, CA ‎
I might come for this. Prolly wont join the whole drive tho.

Don't think I'll be making it to this drive. Hopefully get my car on stands tonight so I can install my springs early tomorrow morning and somewhat beat the heat.

I think B's route has us going north first then back down to Patterson. That would get you back to 580 if you have to bail early and I'm guessing you can do that and still make it in same time. But we can discuss tomorrow.
