Definitely will be sticking with the earlier 8am start time for the Sunday drives.

Drove up to Point Reyes lighthouse yesterday with the wife. Initially, some good twisty road but the rest are bumpy and lots of potholes. I had to be careful and went slow on those parts. The road is not county maintained says one of the sign. Be adviced this trip is not low/slammed friendly! Overall, it was good trip up there. Saw a spot called Cypress Tree tunnel and took the chance for a little photo of the comeback car. (Have not washed the car)

Which roads did you take?

I've been thinking of going that way one of these weekends.

I took the Sir Francis Drake Blvd all the way because we made some stop in each small towns in between but there is some parts where there are more short twisty road like Vision Rd/Mt vision Rd. It's better to go up there early morning because it gets busy during noon time and onward.

Agree. I don't know how you did it lol. I've been on the route in all the cars trying to convince myself it's worth it. It's not. Only thing it's good for is the beaches for the family.

Lol! I'm still on stock suspension so maybe that's how I did it? Just really took it slow though the rough areas and did not mind all the SUVs/Pickups behind me. Haha It was my first time so not expecting the potholes and road situation that's why I want to report here for others. I thought of taking panoramic highway going back home but not enough time.

Thank you! Car was hella dirty and still waiting on my ordered cleaning materials I ran out.

For those who don't work Monday either by holiday or normal schedule I'm putting on a little drive. We will loop around Hwy 35-->La Honda-->Pescadero Creek Rd-->Hwy 35 back out to San Mateo.
