This system is very tempting... Looks nice, sounds nice, good price. And I will only use black tips.

Bumping this up.
@JRitt-do you know how Scorpion is thought of when compared to Milltek in the UK? I'm interested in both of these systems and they seem quite similar-both have many different options to suit the buyer, tips that are removable so that the angle can be adjusted, etc.

Thanks!
Nathan

Nathan,
Do I look European to you!?! Actually I kind of do...

Just Kidding. I honestly don't know firsthand, but I searched and found some comparo threads. This was the first that popped up:

http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/a3-s3-f...-scorpion.html

I will tell you from what I have seen firsthand is that the Scorpion quality is very high. The exhausts are really nice, well-made, and they sound good. Our company president was recently over visiting them in the UK, and gave me the complete rundown on their processes, etc. Scorpion clearly puts a lot of effort into their products.

Thanks! How loud is it? Would you recommend the resonated or unresonated if I plan to get a header? I'll probably put a high flow secondary cat and maybe high flow in the front as well depending on which header I pick.

It's my daily so I don't want earth shatteringly loud.

Thanks,
Nathan

Hi guys...we put together a nice video that really gives you a good idea about how the exhaust sounds in real-world scenarios. Scorpion FT86 exhaust system demo.

Personally, I think it sounds awesome. It adds some muscle to the car, sounds great revving, but doesn't drone and make a racket when you don't want it to do so.
