Nice system, but I'm not keen on having no cats and I refuse to put a cat in the header. That would be cruel and unusual; kitties are animals too!
Scorpion makes a bunch of systems that use a high-flow cat. Let me talk to them. We may be able to get them to make a version of the "cat replacement pipe" that has a high flow cat.

The other option is to just leave the OEM pipe with the cat in place, and replace the overpipe before it in the chain, and the cat-back after it. That's the good thing about having all of the pieces available.

One of my guys had it out on the highway the other day and said it doesn't drone at all. I'll check it out myself. It's a nice sunny day to do some field research.

Did Nameless ever determine if the cat in the header lost much of anything? I can't recall and that thread is damn massive now

I like the muffler design. Looks like it won't create anymore drag then the stock system.

Honestly don't recall, but IDC because I kept the cat in the downpipe. The plan was to remove the cat in the header so that whomever produced one could have adequate room to radius the bends and such.

Don't start talkin' to them on account of me; I have a Nameless exhaust system and won't be selling it to make room for another.

The Twin out less than a year here in US, beside our domestic and Japan products now we will see more British and European products invasions! That's nice. I'm still patiently waiting for the best exhaust system and a set of wheels/tires. lol

Well, we're covering many fronts....We have AP Racing and Scorpion in the UK, Ferodo in Italy, CL Brakes in France, Spiegler Brake Lines (Germany and USA, with some fittings made in Switzerland), and Endless in Japan all working with us to make parts for the twins.

Curse you! I have my heart set on the Perrin system!

Honestly though, I DO love the muffler design! Since I will be tracking my car a bit starting this year I want to be careful about mucking up the aerodynamics of the underside. Getting loose at the end of the straight at Barber or Road Atlanta is BAD!

Can you guys at Essex confirm that the over pipe is ok? One of the guys from the UK forum fitted one and found it rubbed when the engine was running. Could you shed any light on this as I suspect install error TBH. What's the clearance like around the pipe?

The Scorpion system is meant to be able to be modular so can replace individual components.

They have it on their car right now so they should be able to confirm that

That's what I was hoping mate. Its the cheapest option over here so I hope its OK but there's only one car I've seen these on here and as our market is much smaller we probably won't see them on many cars. Scorpion has a good reputation so I'm hoping it was a install issue or maybe just a faulty one. I'd really like to see one in person but I may end up buying one just to see it.

We haven't had any problems with the over pipe rubbing on our car. We'll check in with Scorpion to see if they have any other news of this issue. Thanks.

Also, the dyno used for the testing was the DYNO DYNAMICS 450-DS-AWD 3000HP, and the calibration had just been checked.

Dang, I wish I could find tips like that - I'm not ready to pull the trigger on a full exhaust yet because I don't want to blast my neighbors with noise (apartment complex) but the stock tips look BAD.

Don't guess you guys have those in a clamp on, huh?
