I ordered the sensor from Subaru Parts Warehouse (10% discount this weekend), and the pins I'm getting from Tweaked Performance.

so have we figured out that the wires are not there from the factory and we will have to run the wires to the bcm in order for it to work?

The wires for the auto function are NOT there. You'll need to add 3 wires from the sensor to the MB ECU, and 1 wire from the stalk to the MB ECU. I have a separate thread on this and will update it once I get the parts I need for install.

If anyone is planning to install EDM/JDM headlights with auto level, looks like there will not be any harnesses available for plug and play.

Anyone with GT86 headlights can confirm what the grey connector is for? and if they also have the same plastic capped wire bundle?

Nah, I've been out of town the past 3 weeks. I haven't been able to find a connector for the sensor. Worst case I connect the wires directly to the sensor.

Let me see if I got this straight. Just use the H11 connectors from the fogs, run hot wire to white/red on passenger side, and red/white on drivers side, ground the fogs and I'm done? Fogs will come automatically come on with the headlights?

what wire do I tap into to make the fog indicator on the dash illuminate? I already have the fogs installed with the push button switch.

By push button switch do you mean through the USDM fog light kit? I don't think there's any way to have the dash light illuminate with the fogs without using either the harness the USDM foglight kit uses or pin #4 on the turn signal socket

This is where I put my on/off switch:

It would just be nice that when the switch is pushed in (fogs are on), the fog indicator on the dash would also come on; I'm sure it can be done, I just dont know what wire I would have to tap into to make that work.

How is the switch hooked up? Directly to a relay to the fogs or through a factory harness? I don't think you can get the indicator to illuminate if you don't use any factory wiring in your install
