Fun Scenic Drive from PDX to coast? 2-3 hours

Looking for a fun road to drive on this weekend. I would prefer something toward the coast and with no snow. duh.

Any suggestions for some fun winding roads on the way to the coast from PDX?

Don't care which city it leads to as long as it is windy and there is a place to grab some grub and scenic views of the beach.

If you want to go to the coast. Taking Highway 26 is the only thing I can think of. But it isn't much of a scenic route. You could always take highway 99 to Newport. but that's more of a Bay.

This is more about having a fun drive and not about the destination. I would be fine a small town as long as there is a cafe and a good view of the coast
