Man this thing still has so much potential. If this thing didn't have to be street legal, the guy could have dropped all of the dash components, door cards, and just have a sard stack as a cluster. Still has a fuel cell that they can put in. I'm sure this car can lose another 20lbs with the interior stripped completely; it still has carpet and a floor mat lol.

Ah if only money grew on trees.

Look again...The TRD Griffon car has same hp, only 600lbs lighter and cuts 10 seconds off the time...

The Griffon 86 is also sitting on some pretty serious suspension and what looks like Advan slicks. Slicks alone would make an enormous difference over the stock rubber.
