Driving through the city a Cobalt LT pulled up beside me with Ebay tail lights and spoiler.

Heard him rev up haha so we took off at the green light. Beat him, then pulled up to the next light and he said
"Nice car! Done anything to it yet?" Thought that was pretty cool was expecting something different

While I don't condone bitches driving in the #1, I can say that in LA/OC it is best to avoid any excessive interaction w/ other drivers out here if you can just go around. Unless you are boxed, pass on the right, no European rules here since it's a free country (sort of). I can say that flashing high beams can be a borderline escalation that can be taken the wrong way. Most SoCal drivers are aware you are behind and want to go faster, they just don't give a shit. If you flash them, it can be like throwing down a gauntlet/calling them out depending on how bad his wife had been nagging him. The only time I flash is when boxed in on the #1 or pork alerts for oncoming traffic.

The other annoying thing is excessive useless honking by friends from the east coast. Unless it's to prevent an immediate accident, stfu w/ your horn! Nothing is going to change on the road w/ your droning beep beeps. I honestly tell them they need to not do that out here so they won't get shot.

He proceeds to "pee" on my car with his windshield wipers, and brake check me. I slid into the right lane, passed him calmly and put on my signal to get into the left lane. He speeds up so as to keep me out of the lane, which I did not allow. He swings into the right lane and drives me off the road cutting me off to take his place and ploddingly slow pace back. At this point I became more than a little miffed. I figured if he wanted to drive like its a video game, why not act like its mario kart in real life. So I threw a banana. He proceeded to go bat shit crazy, until his wife told him to back off. I went back to cruising at 75 and didn't see him again. My dad was following the whole way and was cracking up that I actually threw a banana. He was less than thrilled that I got some on his car too, though. I still can't figure out what I did to piss that guy off so badly that he tried to run me off the road.

TL;DR: guy in maxima drives like asshat, I throw banana. Laughs had by all.

Guys in tC's, WRX's (oddly no STI's), and BMW's ALWAYS go WOT around me, especially if they're next to me at a red light.
And for some reason, bigger cars too. The other night, a Caravan floored it past me and then slowed down, waiting for me to catch up (I was just cruising on the road), and as soon as I got near him, he sped off again.
Some old man (in his late 50's) floored it in his Escalade as soon as the light turned green (I was in the far left lane, he was in the far right, 2 lanes in between us and I guess he saw my car standing at the red light as well) and cut across all the lanes to start driving directly in front of me. He slowed down to well below the speed limit once I caught up (again, I was just cruising, trying to get good gas mileage), and then floored it again, cutting across all the lanes to the far right to make a right turn.

I did a poorly written post- I do believe you... I was saying that "tldr" was a joke. I can see why you wouldn't believe that I believed you though.

some schmuck in a G35 tried to get me to race him. If it hadn't been raining, i probably would have just gone WOT for a sec to show him up, then gone back to delivering pizzas. lol

heres one: on the freeway I see a z4 in my rear view flying down the road. theres a cop i noticed a while back about 1/4 miles ahead of me. so to save the idiot from losing his license, I cut him off so he has to slow down.

obviously he figured that was me taunting him so he swerved away and took off like a bat out of hell.. as he passed I hoped he'd see me saying cop or slow down but he didn't look. oh well.. tried my best. hope he didn't get in too much trouble with the cop.

I don't like bmw but I don't like tickets even more.

Don't have a BRZ yet, but will probably get one soon.
but...

Sometimes when I see a BRZ/FRS/you name the car, I may speed up or slow down to take a look at it. I wonder how many of those owners have posted that "an E60 M5 tried to race me..."

Volvo S60 r-design kept pestering me last night on the 476 south, finally got tired of him and took off... Those things are quick, not vortech BRZ quick but quick enough to keep noted.

Living in LA I have to say this is true. Everyone in the area knows what HighBeaming means, and it's not "turn on your headlights

How I hate this. Especially since I live on a main street; when I pull out my drive way people think I'm going to go straight into on coming traffic.
