@suaveflooder Not that I'm trying to get into some internet debate about it, but I also have tons of pics with 25mm in the rear & 20mm in the front and it does not poke at all. The wheels (and tires) are flush with the top of the fender. Same with a lot of other people on the board. Don't know why yours were poking at these sizes, nobody else I've seen has reported that. The stock tires do have "sidewall protection" (an extra layer of rubber on the sidewall that makes them look stretched when they're not), but even that really doesn't seem to poke at these sizes.

I had stock wheels with Sportlines for a few months. 20mm front looked great. 25mm rear looked good, but sometimes I felt like it was a bit off. From a side view I'd see too much shadow on the top of my tire and it would look like the rear needed to come out more. If I looked at the car from the rear however it looked like the wheels poked out a little from the frame which I did not like. It's hard to say what is perfect. Nothing is going to be perfect for everyone. It's just a matter of what look you feel is closest to what you want.

I have a new question about wheel spacers. I'm looking for 10mm wheel spacers for my front wheels. 15mm is poking out a little too much for me.
Can I just order any 10mm spacer that is 5x100? Or is there something else I should be looking for? Just want to make sure before I purchase anything.

I have a question. Do I need someone to step on brake to get the hub to stay still when torqueing it down while it's in the air? Can it be done alone?

Do we have to cut the stock bolts to get the spacer n wheel fit ?
Lets say H&R 20mm front, H&R 30mm rear. As I saw somewhere they said that 20mm I'll have to trim the front stock bolts ? |

Depends on wheels. I highly recommend doing it right and just replacing the stock studs with lingers ones. With hub centric spacers they just against the hub and wheel once torqued down to spec. If your after market wheels have pockets next to the lug holes then you can buy spacers that have built un lugs into them

I see alot of questions and I have run spacers on a lot of cars so here's stuff I learned
1. front hub you would do best with a air gun doing it with a torque wrench wont really cut it unless you have a friend with their foot on the brake. 2. If you run multi pattern wheels the stock lug may protrude from the spacer if its a press in. you have to run 25mm for no protrousion but stock rims this isnt a problem for. 3. Use some anti sieze on the sock and spacer lugs. 4. I would likely run open ended or extended lugs with spacers if the spacer lugs are extended. 5. Dont over torque the lugs- 90lbs should be the most. Hope this helps |
