I have a stock 2002 (Bug-Eye) WRX and it was dyno'd 199whp and 197wtrq and there's no comparison between the two.

If you need 450hp and 450tq you might wanna buy the new vette.
Or stroker kit to make it a 2.4L or 2.5L.

Its not a number you will see from an SC kit for a good while yet on an unmodified FA engine. Depending on your tastes the numbers are or arent the last word in what you are looking for.

I'll vouch for this. I had a modified Bugeye WRX for years and it's NOWHERE near as fast as this thing. A newer STI on the stock turbo could put out ~300wtq and around 260+ whp...fast for certain, but this is faster.

What exactly does it take to make a sc boost up to 300hp? And how is lag on this? I have never owned a vehicle with TC or SC. I've rode in my friends 03 or 04 STI and he had something done to his intercooler, front mount I think, and changed out his injectors. Had some kind of tune and lag control I think, but everything else was stock. And I rode with him, that bitch put my back into the seat! It was insane how much torque that bad boy had.... I want that....

It would probably take an e85 tune and a smaller pulley setup to get a supercharger kit to 300whp. At that point your gas mileage would probably be 14-17mpg.

My car starts building boost at 3k rpm then is at full boost at 4k rpm. The price on this kit is $4500.
