Any updates?

Yeah I know they said intake manifold but they could have just meant a better intake tube.

Pictures! I am very interested in both.

Motiv are you guys also going to come out with a Header...EL or UEL? With and without CATS?

Any updates on the intake manifold? Is this going to be a Inlet tube like the Perrin Inlet tube?
We're actually working on an entire intake manifold, not an intake system. Hopefully have video in a couple of weeks, we're still trying to figure out the best way to setup production on the exhaust to keep costs down. Unfortunately (or fortunately) we're so busy here working on some new applications for vehicles that we haven't had time to catch a breath.

As of right now header plans are shelved mostly because of the labor that it would take to do it in house. Unless the market is willing to pay around $1,500 for a header, it just wouldn't be cost efficient for us to produce one as it stands. I don't even have one on my car!

Indeed, we are playing around with intake runner lengths and plenum sizes as well as some other stuff to see what sort of flow we get. We have the stock manifold pulled up and are going to get it flow benched to see what it flows stock, and then compare it to our prototypes and go from there. We'll see if there's gains to be had.

The cat back indeed does not sit much lower than the factory one, I have had no issues clearing bumps and what not with it, which is nice!

OK cool a real intake manifold! How close is the exhaust from being released?

I am thinking of launching it with a group buy to see if our pricing is too high for the market. It's honestly just a lot of labor since we roll our own mufflers and tips and we're trying to figure out the most efficient way of doing it so we can pass along the savings to our customers. Right now retail is set to be around $1599.99, same as the HKS exhaust - we're just determining what pricing we can do for the group buy to get it going.

Will there be a le discount if we put in an order that has everything (overpipe, HFC, cat-back)?

Do you know when there might be a video for it? I could be wrong, but I don't think I saw a link to a clip.

You got to show us lots of pictures of it and sound clips in and out of the car. Does it have any drone?

Also a group buy with the HFC and overpipe included with the catback exhaust.

We'll definitely do a special for a headerback system. It gives us more margins to work with if you want an overpipe and HFC or test pipe.

I'll work really hard to get an in car video next week. We're putting the stock intake manifold back on my car right now so we can get it back on the road.

Here's a couple videos of it on the dyno:

Yeah I know, but someone asked for videos in a previous post that hadn't seen any before - so I added it again here.

I am very interested and subbed to the thread.

Did I read in the thread that the cat-back will not work with the stock exhaust?
