From their page:

Stage 2 Kit Hardware:

The AVO Stage 2 Kit utilizes all of the hardware of the Base Stage 1 kit, and adds on the following components:

AVO 7psi Actuator
3-bar MAP Sensor
AVO Street Breather Tank system with Turbo PCV Valve Upgrade
AVO Ceramic Coated Cross-over Pipe
AVO Stainless Steel Front Pipe with 5" Metal Cat
Stage 2 Base Map [EcuTEK]

Power level for Fuel to be taxed is about 280 whp

thats good to know, i was debating when i have my stage 1 kit installed next week, whether or not to buy up'ed injectors and how far to go, if just running 93.

also, is there a need to run a higher weight wastegate, if you are using electronic/manual boost control ?

You have to think long and hard at your goals with the car. Do you plan on going over 7 psi? If yes, I'd recommend injectors/pump. I bought and installed them knowing I will be going 7+.

The Wastegate acutator, as a rule of thumb, you can go double its rating with an MBC/EBC, so the 7 psi wastegate should good to 13 psi (to stay on the safe side) with a controller.
