Holy crackamoly!!! I've never noticed or seen that!! Point taken. Thanks lanez. But the i is still dotted in both.

I guess these are brake ducts where the STI front lip would otherwise be installed? Or is that the aluminum engine under cover?

Oh give a credit to Lanez, but not me lol

Those 2 emblem were from before '06.

This is the current STI emblem. See how "I" isn't dotted anymore

I get your point. But to me the i is still dotted. I'm just nostalgic. I'll always write STi. I just looked down at the STi jacket I'm wearing and saw STi.

I bet if they made the logo S T I, I would still write it "wrong". Sorry brother. Not trying to drive you crazy.

Sorry for the lanez.

That still looks dotted to me, too!!! Because it crosses over from the "T" to create the dot on the "i".

On-Topic:
I'll take the power folding mirrors and center caps and call it a day.

Good point, what ever happened to the 'holes in the dash for roll bars' ?

But we've already got all the parts. They had to add things to this RA to make them more like ours.

Brake Ducts - Won't fit with lip
Brake Plates - Already on
Steelies - Yeah Right
AC - We've already got it
Roll cage - for a street car? nah
Takatas - Again, for a street car?
Final Drive Ratio - Already got it
One floor mat - Won't fit LHD
Engine Under Cover - Already got it
Tow Hooks - lanez has em already. I don't intend on getting towed anytime soon.

The only thing I see that's worth a damn to any 86/FR/BR guy is the Oil Cooler. But even that will be around 2k if it's anything like the last one - http://japanparts.com/db/parts_detai...=57&submit.y=3

lol maybe that oil cooler. And you know... if I ever get hit on public roads by a damn SUV I'll feel safer in a roll cage. The engineers talked about that since 2011 when we saw pic leaks of the dashboard before we knew what the exterior looked like. Only thing is the price will likely be ridiculous and looks like a hassle to climb over it.

Edit: Looks like oil cooler cost might also be ridiculous.

You won't want a roll cage in a street car. You'll crack your skull open if you get into an accident.

Yeah, oil cooler is (always) costly for Subaru side.

I'm surprised that they haven't given 3 gauge option for interior

That's why you put a pad over the cage
