BTW.
You guys do realize that what we've got on our seats now are covers and can be replaced.

That looks very neat.

I must be honest, I love the Alacantara/leather combo so if I was to replace them at some stage I'd probably go for the same. Not a fan of full leather.

cross winds are a little scary esp at higher speeds

as far as the trac control light.....no matter how slight of a slip the car gives, the light comes on (or so its been my experience). ive found it better to turn off trac control and allow the wheels to slip naturally. you have to push the car to put yourself into a dangerous slid.

i recommend going into an empty parking lot, put your car into a slid, and practice getting yourself out of it.

Or a skidpan - I suspect most people here(in SA at least) have only owned FWD cars before.

i suspect the same thing

once you slid or spin, its not hard to get control back. it just takes practice. its easier to practice if it has snowed but im guessing it doesnt snow in SA.

It does snow in some parts but not often.

Gymkhana is my thing!

Ever tested lock up from using the handbrake on a wet surface - I'm starting to wonder if it was purposely built like that for drifters... "Tug on the e-brake"

I recommend everyone watches this closely...

If you're considering leather seat covers, don't decide till you've checked out Katzkins.
