Stevens creek subaru? Capital Subaru ?
YES.

Stevens Creek Subaru:
Every experience I've had with them sucked. I needed a simple OEM intake bolt, which Subaru says you can order from the catalog. I placed an order for this part (along with some other stuff I don't remember) 3 times before I gave up on them. The first 2 times I was called and told they have the part in stock, only to arrive at the dealer and nobody can find it (not only that, they had no record of ordering it). The 3rd time I ordered, I called back 2 weeks later just to check up. The guy on the phone told me they had none in stock and none on order. I never contacted them again.

Their showroom is completely cramped, and their lot is even worse. There's no room to maneuver, and no where for customers to park. The place was dirty, and I was actually standing around their showroom and not a single salesguy said a word to me. Their car stock was crappy too; hardly any WRXs or STIs on the lot (I think they had a total of 1 STI).

I've heard lots of other bad things about them, so best to stay away.

Capital Subaru:
Good experiences ordering parts. Their parts counter guys are savvy, and were very helpful tracking down stuff I needed. I shop here for all my OEM parts. They also offered a wide range of aftermarket parts, including non-SPT branded stuff. I've never waited more than 10 mins to talk to anyone, and the lot is a lot less cramped than Stevens Creek.

I have no experience with the sales staff though. All the other aspects seemed very nice to me.

Stevens Creek Subaru Norcal

I actually bought my WRX from them and it was a 3+ hour battle with 2 visits. Since they refused to let me test drive the car the first day. Second day they tried to triple team me with 2 sales guy and their dealership manager. All of them were a@@holes. They are a very devious bunch of middle easterners. Luckily, i brought along some backup and did alot of home work with Edmunds. In the end, we walked out with a car somewhat satisfied and they were pissed off. Bunch of sharks. Never setting foot there again.

Puente Hills Subaru Socal
No experience with sales, but I go to them at a pinch for repairs and maintenance if i can't do it myself. They are close by, easy to get to, and extremely fast turnaround time. One of the few places that actually sell Subaru Extra S OEM tranny oil.

Claremont Toyota/Scion

This is a fairly large dealer so the vehicle selection is usually pretty good. The dealership is clean and fairly modern. The salespeople are incredibly annoying and bothersome...vultures in the purest sense.

The service department is competent, but they are often very busy because of the sheer volume of cars they sell and cars they service.

I would give them a "B-" as an overall grade.

Stevens Creek Toyota / Scion - Service
2005 - No experience with sales, but their Scion Service is great. Dave (hopefully he still works there) was a great guy and really went out of his way to make sure my tC was working the way it should.

Capitol Toyota / Scion
2005 Sales: Excellent. No hassle no haggling no problem purchasing a tC. Compared to buying the experience of buying my Evo, sales at Capitol Toyota here was like checking out at the grocery store...
2006 Service: Horrible. Please get your FR-S serviced at Steven's creek. I took my tC in for one of the large check-ups and what not 35k or 45k miles. Everything was ok, and they even said they need to replace the steering rack (in warranty). Great, no problem. Took the car back when they got the parts in and they installed it - no problem. As soon as I get on the freeway though, I noticed that cruise control didn't engage, and no buttons on the steering wheel worked at all. Well everything went downhill after this. They claimed no responsibility at all for the issue, and wanted to charge $75 to even diagnose the issue when it worked before their service. How do I prove it worked? How do they prove it didn't work?! No amount of convincing would get them to budge, so screw them. They get a bad review, and I hope you guys don't service your vehicle here.

Longo Toyota:

Bought my FJ from them in 2006. Greatest buying experience i've had FOR ANYTHING. Honestly, i've had more difficulty buying a big mac than i had at Longo.. which was none. It just cost me $30k instead of $6 & a stomach ache.

I've heard a lot of good things about these guys. Let's hope they stay that way.
