Yep, dual mass flywheel and very weak clutch - there was a recall overseas but Ford SA wasn't interested. That's why I had the Spec kit installed but nothing could prepare me for the pain it was going to be.

Spend 90mins in stop /start traffic then I can promise you that a heavy clutch would start bothering you.

I used to work in Rivonia, Bryanston and Sunninghill, a juddery clutch and an overheating engine were my worries! The pedal weight was nothing!

But I do have strong legs...

Originally saw it on FB posted by Toyota SA asking which superhero would drive it... Batmobile for sure... I just hope the producers of the Bond movies select an 86 to be used in one of the next movies. Bond has driven a Toyota before and it's high time he got re-acquainted with the brand.

And if they do lets hope they trick it out properly...
