I contacted Subaru of America about when they will open 2014 BRZ orders and if they will be releasing any new trims ( ie STi or premium sport). This is directly from thier respose :
We welcome your interest in a future 2014 Subaru BRZ. We are anticipating orders for these models in the Summer of 2013.

Guess I will wait a little longer. Also, they did not give me any info on the STi or premium sport.

I'd love to see that matte gun-metal they're doing on the Veloster Turbos.

As far as paint, I'd like to see yellow or green. I would love to see some yellow BRZ's in the wild

ASK, and ye shall RECEIVE!

That said, I completely agree Yellow is the color that should've been available from the start

Maybe Subaru will use the Geneva Auto Show to release new trim levels.

We already know the FR-S convertible will be announced at the Geneva show

This is the only reason I'd want to hold out for a 2014, if I knew they were going to. Oh well. I'll be happy to have a late 2013. Certain cars' first model years are very desirable, like the 1970 Datsun 240Z.

I love green, the problem with green is it's a hard color to get right. try too hard you get the synergy green

try too little and you get pea green from the 1970 impala (which looks good on cars from that era, but not today's cars

A green that I think could work on the twins is the Bullitt green that was on the mustangs

I was thinking more like Porsche lime green like the GT3's. I think a deep purple would look nice too

I would rather see Subaru improve the durability of the paint itself than adding color options.
