Typo. I meant 13%, which is still a lot more than our US counterparts!

Quite a price difference between the cars you listed.
U must not pay attention to cars very often? Long first year or short first year is common

Its a concept car. Its just desigened to spark interest. Look what happened with the BRZ, so many concepts.

I dont think they will chance much, its too hard to get parts as it is.
Subaru might have some new wheels. As an option.

My note to Subaru.

Quote:
Hello to whom it make concern.
I've written in before about the BRZ and my interest in buying one.

I would just like to bring it to your attention. That I would very much like for sonic yellow as a color option. right now I'm torn between the Scion FR-s and the BRZ. But if for the 2014 models you were to offer Sonic Yellow as a color choice, you would have me sold.

Thank you for your time.
for reference

Sonic Yellow WRX

The answer as of right now is… NOTHING! Stay tuned.

On a side note I am trying to decide between White and Silver anyone care to share your thoughts on PROs and CONs of either of the two colors for my 2014 BRZ???
My current pros and cons between white and silver.

White
Pros:
- Somehow makes you and keeps you looking young.
- Clean look
- Works with many different color add-ons (wheels, lights etc)
Cons:
- Can't see (difficult) where you're waxing or how much you've waxed
- You can see the dirty. Not as much as a dark color but you see the dullness of it.
- White might be too plain for person.

Silver
Pros:
- Looks clean even if its dirty
- Silver works relatively well with other colors
- Can see where you're waxing
Cons:
- Somehow makes you look old even though sporty car.
- Somehow makes the car feel old
- Dull looking when dirty.

Those are my pros and cons... I've told myself to never own a black car ever again. Lol

while that is true

All FR-S/GT86's and BRZ's are made in Subaru's gunma plant, so with the exception of the "hot lava" i believe they're all subaru colors. Hence why I used Sonic Yellow.

I could be wrong.

SOA replied to my email.

Quote:
Dear Mr. Wilson,

Thank you for contacting Subaru of America, Inc.

We are excited to hear that you are interested in purchasing a BRZ. I will be sure to document your idea of a yellow BRZ! That would look awesome. : )

The specs of this model year vehicle should be out later in the year. I hope you will recontact us for any updates.

Sincerely,

Kelly Shinault
Subaru of America, Inc.

As per usual I will take this with a grain of salt. but if you guys are like me, be sure to email SOA and tell them you would like a yellow color option for the future BRZs.

I saw you mentioned on your email to them you were looking at the FR-S as well. Have you heard of the Subaru VIP program? If you're not in a rush, get signed up to a club. It'll get you a BRZ for FR-S money (no haggle 2% UNDER invoice if dealer is willing to play).

Also, which corporate email address did you submit to?
