People are incredibly surprised about two things I usually have to correct them on:

1) It's not AWD
2) It's not Turbo

Happens once in a while, but it seems like every person has the wrong specs.

I was cruising in downtown Portland looking for a bite to eat the other night. There is a dude standing with his friends on the sidewalk. He looks at my car and then fakes like he is throwing himself in front of it. I have no explanation for this reaction.

I had a guy in a Ferrari give me the wave! Loved it! and yes I waved back!!!!

Most generally I get "That's a Subaru!!!!!!"

Had someone from iHop asking me what car I was driving, who the maker was, and what was the cost. Didn't know it was a Subaru, and didn't even believe me when I said it was, and pointed at the badge. I guess the car doesn't fit in line with the general Subaru lineups. Who knows. He even took photos..
