I stopped taking pics of my food since they are usually half eaten by the time I remember to take a pic

Do it with a 35mm film camera and that may change. Stick to your iphone and i think you're ok

Hmm. If you guys had a $50 gift credit thing for Amazon, is there anything specific you'd get for your cars there?

I was thinking I could use it on the mats but that seems kinda boring. Could also use it to get a suction mount for my GoPro, but that's somewhat less useful.

I could also buy a bunch of stickers. But ehhh, lol.

If you're willing to spend a little extra out of pocket you could get some cool stuff... I think I was in a similar situation and spent the $80-90 for a Grimmspeed master brake cylinder brace.

If you're set on only spending the $50... get a fumoto oil drain valve or maybe a set of Muteki lug nuts? Suction mount for your cellphone? I like this one so much I bought one for each of my cars.

Drop in filter if you haven't already gotten one.

The brace actually sounds like a pretty cool idea. I wasn't really planning to do any driving-related mods for the first few months so I could get an idea of how everything is stock. How do you like it?

I'm pretty new to this kind of stuff so I'm definitely down to check anything like that out.

Oh yeah, good point. Is K&N still the recommended one to get?

I would get a dry one that doesn't require oil.

THe 17 filter is different and not really any available yet from what I have read around the forum.

If you do your own maintenance I suggest the Fumoto Valve like @PMok mentioned. Makes oil changes so much quicker.

+1 on the fumoto valve. Was gonna suggest that but looks like I've been beaten to it...Twice!

Cell phone mount wise, I really like the RAM mount suction mounts, very modular and can accommodate other attachments, extension arms, etc.

Not sure if I'll be doing my own maintenance yet since I don't really have the space for it at my current apartment or tools to do it. Might be worth putting it on a future to-buy list though for sure.

On their website it looks like it's only available for the AT? Or, at least, the manual transmission isn't mentioned in the description.
