Just had three door dings removed yesterday, and had to top off my coolant (below low). Snow White's all happy again

Which coolant did you use? When did you determine the level in the overflow/reservoir tank - when the car was warmed up?

^what Drew said, I've noticed that my coolant level would vary depending if the car was warmed up or has been sitting for a while, etc. Made the mistake of topping it off just to later see I was way full.

Coolant should be measured when cold. The full line is lower than the top to leave room for it to expand when hot.

Well crap, mine is lower than the LOW line when cold and has been for a while. Strange to me with only 10k miles that it would be low.

Walked over to one of my techs and asked for a bottle of the blue coolant for the FRS. Haha. Topped it off and gave the bottle back. It was with a super cold engine (car parked for a good 10 hours). My tech said it's fine to have the cold reading at full.

Just wondering how much were you charged to get those dings removed.

I got a small dent on my rear quarter panel that's been bugging me for weeks!

Also who did the work for you?

I didn't pay anything since I paid for a tire/wheel/windshield/dent package when I bought my FR-S. The work was done by Dent Pro. I don't know if it was a flat 75 bucks, or if it was 75 bucks per dent that he charged. lol

This was the worst one. The other two here shallower and near the door handle.

Okay cool thanks! How good was the workmanship? Is the dent still visible/"touchable"?

BTW was it this guy - Dent Pro Mobile?
