Great looking cars. Very luxury/euro look, imo.

Love that gen, was shopping really hard for one when my wife was looking for a new car (she insisted it be a wagon, what a woman!). She finally decided on a new outback, which was slightly disappointing (CVT bleh!), but damn those things are surprisingly good off road!

Yeah. That was gonna be my second car when I played off my STi, but that happened in Feb 2012 and then my plans changed. Lol. But I love that gen legacy when they still had sportiness to them.

They only made manual wagons in 05 and the 5EAT is soooooooo bad!!!

I would buy a sedan for availability and value. Wagon is ideal but not a must.

I'd also think about getting one if those new Impreza XV (the lifted one) with 5-speed and lift it another 1.5-2 inches with bigger tires and tons of lights on the front.

Yes, we liked the XV's too but the outbacks had more room, which was a plus since I was down sizing.

People that have Baja Turbos want a million dollars for them. I think you're better off with a turbo forester.

Damn you guys are getting me to look at Craigslist again and dream. Right before I bought the BRZ I was very close to picking up this super clean GC8 that was for sale on my street for a few weeks. Perfect price/condition for an Sti swap. Maybe someday...
