just installed mine a few days ago
![]() Mach V ![]() stock ![]() ![]() the sound is awesome. When a valet was pulling my car up had a whole group of people when they heard it do the whole.."whoaaaa, that sounds sick!" thing and ive had M3 and M5 owners tell me how "badass" it sounds. There is a slight drone between 2-2.6k rpm but as stated before...its nothing ricey or objectionable. the piece is significantly lighter than stock exhaust, not to mention i got a 2.34 MPG increase! it was 422 shipped (which took only took a few days) and that was with the new gasket which mine was pretty worn out. IMO its worth it. The welds are nicer than the berk set up from what ive seen...the tips are Cusco 4" tips and look amazing. Ive seen the berk set up too and thats why i bought the mach v. just more of what i wanted

You would actually need a mid pipe as well to have a full header back. I think it messes with the exhaust pulse going from 2.5" up front, down to 2" or whatever stock sizing is in the mid pipe and back to 2.5". I have looked at the works mid pipe to add to it but have yet to get it.
