I've got about 30 days on track with this kit over the past year and it's been fantastic. Really helps keep brake temps down and have had no issues whatsoever with it.

kind of in a dilemma. Idk if i should just save up the coin for a BBK since i was recommended to get one because i was fading my carbotech xp12's. But if this would eliminate the fading problem, it would save me a lot of money. hmm

No problems with my kit either. I installed mine earlier this year and it does help with brake cooling.

I'm running the Robispec radiator/oil cooler so the install was very tight on the passenger side but it does fit.

Great, now does anyone dd with these on? I dd my car and do track days but wouldn't want crap from dd getting in the hoses and damaging the rotors. I know I can disconnect but I'm lazy sometimes lol. Would be cool if there was a backing plate covering the entrance for an extra fee

Check out my thread on how I dealt with this; Dive Mesh wrapped around the metal hose between the duct and the hose. works great! catches all kinds of crud from going into the hoses:

Nerf balls shoved in the inlets

Great for cold days and bedding pads.

Has anyone had this happen yet? I thought they felt flimsy when I installed them, didn't think the weld was that weak..

Wow I have not seen that happen.

I've got about 30 track days on mine, 8k track miles, and it's been flawless. No rubbing or anything, and no signs of any of the welds cracking.
