I ran four full 25 minute sessions at Atlanta Motorsports Park last weekend with no incidents, car ran great, all the recent mods made it feel AWESOME! The TF Brake Cooling kit did its job and kept rotor temps under control all day (no, I didn't measure temps) based on the 9/10ths driving with the Project Mu pads I experienced zero fade and the front rotors look surprisingly good. Can't catch a fingernail on anything and they are wearing pretty even. The PMU HC+800 pads are great for hard track driving. They took a beating! The bite was excellent cold and hot; they did NOT fade ever!

However I'd like to know if different backing plates will be made to suit different brake kits. I'd also like to know if this would work with the ducts that come with the AP Endurance kit. I can seem to find an actual picture of the duct in the AP End. kit to determine that for myself. |

Here's a pic of the AP Endurance bracket - not sure what duct size would fit. http://www.essexparts.com/shop/compl...86-bundle.html

We will be making the backing plates for Wilwood brakes soon, but if you guys need, get us the inner diameter of the rotor on the Ap kit. |

Thing is, if you've got a ap sprint kit, and sink $450 into a brake duct kit, you might as well have gotten the endurance kit.

I don't know if the weight saving is noticeable/significant but I'm thinking the Sprint Kit with ducting is still lighter than the Endurance Kit.

However it is a good point though, if I didn't already have the rims, I might have chosen the Endurance kit. |
