No more FT86II Concept page, it is all real now.

I'm glad they are sticking with "Toyota 86" rather than GT86 though whatever the name there will only be a Toyota badge on the back end of mine with possibly a TRD badge (depending on options)

haha i had that problem waiting for the EVO X to come out...eventually bought an 8 MR in 08, but eventually did get in a X last year.

but i am now gone and done with that, i am currently in a EVO 6.5 for its value for money and everything i feel a car needs.

but like you i have been waiting for this car since i knew it was coming out but i love the 6.5 so much im not sure i want the 86 anymore.

the reviews however has really tempted me once more but it really comes down to the price, if its as mentioned around the 30k mark, i will be very very tempted, 40k will put me off since the decision to let go of the X and get the 6.5 was so i could get a deposit for a house.

we will see how it goes...

Haha I have always wanted a 6.5 too! But I figured by now most will have high km's and/or been flogged so I changed my mind to an 8/9. I will however eventually get a 6.5 when I have somewhere to park it! Just need to find a place with a big garage/shed!

If the 86 came in a dark silver (Titanium Grey Mazda calls it) like my MX-5, I wouldn't have broke from tradition either.
