If someone does to it I'm sure it will be one that has been beaten for a while and they will probably swap the motor or one that has been totaled and put on a salvage title so the resale would be to low for any real profit on a sale.

Forget the monster tires, you want those plastic disks with flexible pin axles that they use on Hot Wheel cars. Fantastic performance and pennies to replace.
